Job description:
- Handle Compulsory Social insurance, 24/7 Accident insurance
- Is knowledgeable in Visa & Work Permit administration
- Manages daily operation of new Social Space
- Manages finger scanning for associates.
- Manages the monthly finger scan log sheet.
- Manages quarterly order of socks and distribute to associates.
- Manages name tags issuance and collection as standards of grooming.
- Checks all associate facilities to ensure they are maintained within standards, i.e. Associate Locker Rooms, Clinic and First Aid Boxes.
- Coordinates of the associate recognition program - Hystar program.
- Assists and participate in all Human Resources activities.
- Provides a courteous and professional service at all times to maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
- Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required.
- Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge.
- Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in associate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
- Ensures and practices the utmost protection of office’s confidentiality.
- Ad-hoc assignment.

Requirement
- Minimum 3 years work experience as an Admin Assistant, Secretary
- University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees
- Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Excellent English capacity in both written and communication
